About Us
Dynamic Community Development Corporation (CDC) is a 501 (c)
3 federally tax-exempt corporation – a community based organization (CBO)
dedicated to community and economic development. Dynamic CDC provides business technical
assistance services to low and moderate income small business owners both from
our own resources, as well as through a network of community-based
collaborative organizations. These
services are provided both on a one-to-one basis, as well as through workshops
open to the public. We currently provide
such services through a program funded by Miami-Dade County’s Department of
Public Housing and Community Development (PHCD). We have, throughout the years, provided these
and similar business services through contracts with the City of Miami and the
North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).

National Puerto Rico Summit
Dynamic CDC is the organizer of the National Puerto Rico Summit, held annually in Central Florida. The Summit provides an opportunity for Puerto Rican business, civic and community leaders – as well as interested and involved members of the community – to meet and together develop strategies that will address the challenges and opportunities which face Florida’s growing Puerto Rican community.
